The Nash Cup

On behalf of London Squash and NASH Family Wealth Management at National Bank Financial I would like to welcome you to the 17th Annual NASH Cup! This event is a massive community effort drawing top players from around the world.
The NASH Cup – The draw moved to PSA Word Tour status in 2024 and has maintained this level for 2025. 48 players from 23 counties will compete in par 11, best of 5, single elimination competition. The top 8 players in each draw have an opening round bye. Court tins have been adjusted from the standard 19 inches to 17 inches for all matches.
The 2025 draw includes 3 past champions – Lucy Beecroft (England; #38; 2021 Champion); Zeina Zein (Egypt; #120; 2022 Champion) and Hollie Naughton (Canada; #31; 2023 Champion). Also in the mix is Torrie Malik (England #43) the 2024 Finalist. Both draws are set to be extremely competitive.
The Jack Fairs Open enters it’s second year with running matches in Chatham; Sarnia and London. Squash will be an Olympic sport in 2028. This draw is designed to honour the memory of Western’s long-time coach and serve as an opportunity for Canada’s rising stars. Many in this draw will be competing in a PSA tournament for the first time. All are looking to gain valuable points toward their global rankings to help them get into larger events going forward. 24 players will compete in the same format as the NASH Cup. All are Canadian citizens or residents. The court tins are 19 inches for all matches.
The NASHionals Amateur Draws – The amateur draws returned in 2024 after 5 years off featuring a new format. The field of players has been limited to four draws of 16 with no gender division. Players compete according to their skill level.
The ongoing success of this tournament is a testament to the incredible NASH Cup Committee; dedicated and generous sponsors and the tremendous support of London’s squash community.
Since 2008 spectators have witnessed amazing matches and had the opportunity to meet rising starts. Over 400 players have competed in the NASH cup and four of the worlds top players are NASH Cup veterans (Mostafa Asal #1; Diego Elias #2; Joel Makin #4; Olivia Weaver #4).
Fundraising during the week is directed to the Western Squash programs and junior development.
A huge THANK YOU to all who have volunteers; billeted; sponsored and attended the matches (in person or online). We look forward to many more years of NASH Cup competition.
